Return Policy

Our Satisfaction Guarantee refund and returns / exchange policy is for 14 days from the date received. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return your purchase for a full refund or exchange. Your full refund of the purchase price less shipping charges will be returned to you. Please notify us about the return request prior to sending the item back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging. Merchandise must be undamaged or unaltered in any way. Return shipping must include tracking and insurance. Please contact us prior to returning for approval @ JohnF@BenitoiteGems.com

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

After your return is received a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {JohnF@BenitoiteGems.com}

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning merchandise you must use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
